Obrabiarka kombinowana: tokarka / wiertarka / frezarka / strugarka

The QN6004 universal machine tool combines a lathe, a drill and vertical mill, a horizontal mill and a shaper on one bed for ship and field workshops. Each function works separately with a safety interlock between the cutting and shaping drives and an overload device in the apron. The manual covers specifications, construction, lifting, installation and trial run, lubrication, bearings list, operation of each function, maintenance, breakdown and repair, wearing parts and spare parts.

Procedury obsługi

Changing over to planing (shaping)

1. With the motor stopped, turn knob B to the left: the safety interlock locks the knee and engages the shaping gears. s. 33
2. Select ram speed with knob A (25, 35 or 50 strokes/min) and set the stroke at the clamp behind the column. s. 33
3. After planing, turn knob B back to the right and reset the interlock; never move knob B with the motor running. s. 33

Spindle bearing play adjustment

1. Remove the headstock cover and free the thrust ring tab from nut 2. s. 31
2. Tighten nut 2 to reduce play (loosen to increase), then refit the tab. Factory set — adjust only when needed. s. 31
