Flame failure alarm at start
TeamTec Golar OG 200, shipboard incinerator (sludge oil, sewage sludge and solid waste)
Possible cause
No ignition spark, diesel solenoids not opening, dirty nozzle, too much primary air, dirty photo resistor, poor oil
What to do
Manufacturer's manual, p. 43Check electrodes and gap, solenoids, clean or change nozzle, set damper min position, clean photo resistor, raise oil pressure (max 14.5 bar)
